What do you sell?+

Unbranded consumer mending and sewing organisation supplies — needle cases, thread organisers, button tins, patch sets, tool rolls and similar everyday items. We are a shop and do not offer any repair, installation or on-site services.

What currency are prices in?+

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total you pay, including shipping, is shown in USD at checkout.

How much is shipping?+

Standard shipping is a flat $6.90 USD per order, and free on orders over $55 USD. Delivery estimates are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are your responsibility.

How do I pay?+

Payments are handled securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show the descriptor LEEHOODPH MENDING.

Can I return an item?+

Yes. You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full details.

When will I get my refund?+

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Do you take bulk or repeat orders?+

Yes. We supply larger and repeat orders of the same consumer products for studios, repair cafés, property teams and hospitality. Use the Maker & Bulk page to request a quote.
