Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery. This policy explains how, and how refunds are issued.

1. Your return window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
2. Items we cannot accept
- Items that have been used, washed or altered;
- Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts;
- Items returned after the 14-day window;
- For hygiene reasons, opened pin/needle packs where the seal is broken (unless faulty).
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@leehoodph.shop with your order reference and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within the agreed time.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal).
- Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to show it.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
5. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of returning the item. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover return shipping and will refund or replace it at no cost to you.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.
7. Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
8. Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it. If it has shipped, the standard return process applies.
