Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

2. Delivery estimates

These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or due to customs.

3. Shipping costs

• Standard shipping is a flat $6.90 USD per order.
• Standard shipping is free on orders over $55 USD.
• The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can follow its progress. If you have not received tracking within a few days of your shipping confirmation, contact us.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility. We cannot predict or refund them. Prices on our site do not include these charges.

6. Incorrect address & undeliverable parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (a further shipping charge may apply) or a refund for the items, minus the original shipping cost.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@leehoodph.shop within a reasonable time with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
