2. What we sell

We sell unbranded consumer mending and sewing organisation supplies as physical products. We do not provide repair, installation, fitting or any on-site or contracting services. Product images are illustrative and dimensions are approximate.

3. Pricing and currency

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
• Any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery are your responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). By paying, you agree to their processing of your payment. Card payments appear on your statement as LEEHOODPH MENDING. We do not store full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and your cancellation, return and refund rights are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site (text, images and layout) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our products are everyday consumer items and are not certified for specialist, industrial, medical or safety-critical use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
